Hi, i'm your Endometriosis Coach

I’m on a mission to help women heal their endometriosis naturally by nurturing the body from the inside out.

‘Women are beautifully cyclical beings who deserve to live life fully, but endo can be a significant hurdle.’

My heart is dedicated to wellness and living optimally while enjoying life’s pleasures. Ensuring I fill my own cup before filling others. I am the intentional embodiment of my work. I prioritise balance and self care, consistently practising health and wellbeing. By heritage, I’m Indian, by city, a Londoner. I cherish time with loved ones, fueled by a passion for travel and have an obsession with food, diet and the culinary world.

Life got a little difficult when endo kicked into gear during school. I knew that the pain and symptoms (twisting, burning, tugging) weren’t normal. Everyday was difficult, crushing pain, low mood, fainting, blacking out and being bedridden plus more. Is this what my life was going to be forever?

With minimal guidance on alternative ways to gain pain relief and medical gaslighting, I desperately sought relief wherever I could. Painkillers, birth control and the IUD created problematic relief. Doctors finally thought it was time to investigate with an ultrasound and a laparoscopy at age 24 & 12 years later, endometriosis was confirmed.

At first, I was obsessed with the condition, consuming every bit of information I could. However, denial and self-sabotage jumped in, leading to an unhealthy lifestyle and isolation. It took a lot for me to leave the safety of my home.

It was the last straw when all the different sensations when moving the body in her simplest ways (e.g. sneezing, walking) took a toll. The pressure, dull ache, anxiety and inconsistent depressive states to the tugging, pulling, twinging, stabbing and piercing feelings. As of 2021, I surrendered to my health, exploring outside of Western medicine, turning to natural and ancient medicine. Through naturopaths, psychotherapists, acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I gained invaluable knowledge and began to see results.

Acknowledging my thoughts, emotions and physical health allowed me to shift my narrative. By understanding my cycle, diet, movement and emotions, I’ve created a life I never thought imaginable. While I experience some endo-related symptoms (SIBO), I have drastically reduced what once was debilitating.

When you’re willing to make space for newness,
everything starts to shift

Where I am today

I am continually healing my past, present and future timeline all by optimising my health and mental wellbeing. Each step bringing me closer to my evolving self.

Undoubtedly, understanding myself has been incredibly rewarding and it has proven to be the best decision ever. My resilience and awe for life have driven my journey.

If I can reduce my pain and anxiety, I am confident you can summon the courage to do the same. I firmly believe you have the capacity to pave the way towards living a more sustainable life.
